How the CEREC® System Works

Dr. Lee begins by preparing the tooth or teeth that need the restoration. He then takes digital impressions, which are used in conjunction with the CEREC® computer software to plan and design your custom restoration. The dimensions and specifications of the restoration are sent to the CEREC® milling machine in our office. Your restoration is milled in minutes; once ready, Dr. Lee will place the CEREC® veneer or crown with extreme precision, ensuring a comfortable fit and feel.
